DEI Leadership Development

It's time to shift from business as usual to become a human-centric leader, innovator, and changemaker.

It's time for us to step up and build our leadership and organizational capacity to make an impact.

Instead of feeling empowered and ready to make an impact, you may:

It's time for us to develop our leadership and make a real impact for DEI and liberation in our workplaces.

Our Approach

In the program we use a unique identity aligned, emotional intelligence (EQ), and organizational development approach to advance how you and your organization lead and do DEI work.  You receive the lens, tools, and support you need to build your leadership capacity and create change in your organization. 

This unique method was developed using insights from the fields of psychology, sociology, social work, and social change.

  • How to use insight from the fields of psychology, sociology, social work, and social change to overcome workplace DEI challenges related to race and culture 
     
  • Why leaders need to understand how racial identity and specifically white racial identity can impact DEI work
     
  • How to practically apply your DEI knowledge in your everyday work, role, and in your company or organization 
     
  • How to overcome common barriers that get in the way of engaging stakeholders at all levels including executive leadership, managers, and employees
     
  • What you can do to best support a DEI committee and/or DEI initiatives
     
  • How to use best practices to lead and participate in individual and group conversations related to DEI

     
  • How to respond when a co-worker or someone senior makes a microaggression
     
  • How to be a more inclusive leader
