I became a social worker because I wanted to change the world. I thought if I could understand systems—and challenge them—I could help end injustice.
Early in my career, I worked in schools and communities, showing up for kids and families navigating complex challenges. It didn’t take long for me to see how much people were hurting—not just because of individual circumstances, but because of inequitable, broken systems.
I quickly realized that what these kids and families really needed was someone with deeper therapeutic tools. So, I became a therapist.
For years, I sat with people through their hardest moments— anxiety, stress, burnout, disconnection. But again, I kept running into the same truth: individual healing only goes so far when the environments we return to remain harmful or unsustainable.
So I shifted again—this time toward organizational culture, leadership development, and workplace well-being. I wanted to help reshape the systems people spend so much of their lives in. I coaching started coaching leaders, consulting on workplace culture, and designing learning experiences to support inclusion, well-being, and meaningful leadership. to create more human, inclusive spaces.
Even with the right strategy, the best leadership tools, or the most thoughtful culture initiatives, people often came to me feeling exhausted and unclear. They were doing all the right things—but they were disconnected from themselves.
That’s why I created The Reset—a 6-week voice note coaching experience designed to help people come back to themselves. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you hear yourself again and realign from the inside out.
Now, I support mission-driven professionals who want to live, lead, and work with intention—without burning out
I believe:
My work blends a social justice lens, therapeutic grounding, and coaching wisdom. I ask powerful questions, hold space for truth, and help people move from survival mode to meaningful action.
