I’m Rorri Geller-Mohamed, founder of U Power Change, a licensed clinical social worker, therapist-turned-coach, organizational culture strategist, and working mom. I bring over 15 years of experience supporting people and organizations navigating work, identity, and systems that weren’t built for them. I deeply understand the emotional weight of burnout—especially when you’re holding it together for everyone else.
My work centers on well-being, values alignment, and helping thoughtful, socially conscious people lead and live with more clarity, agency, and sustainability. I’ve provided coaching and consultation to leaders in corporate and non-profit spaces, including Fortune 500 companies, and have presented and facilitated workshops nationally for non-profit, corporate, and educational institutions.
My work is rooted in one simple truth: people thrive when they feel seen, heard, understood, safe, and connected. I work at the intersection of well-being, belonging, social change, and leadership, believing that we are responsible for modeling the behavior and change we want to see in the world.
At the heart of my work is helping people and organizations thrive where they are right now while also creating the conditions for meaningful structural and systemic change in the future. The individuals and organizations I support are ready to move past feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or down on themselves — and step into a place of empowerment, choice, and opportunity. I firmly believe it is possible to do things differently than they’ve always been done.
Meaningful results come from understanding how systems shape our well-being, prioritizing human-centric culture, aligning actions with values, and feeling supported to make intentional change. I hold space for the feelings, complexities, and nuances that arise as we explore challenges, gain clarity on hopes and goals, and identify concrete steps to reach them.
I’m committed to helping people thrive while recognizing and challenging broken systems. I refuse to accept the status quo — the idea that we have to continue doing things the same way they’ve always been done — and I work alongside those ready to lead, innovate, and create change.

Rorri has 20 years of experience in the field of social worker and human behavor. Being a licensed therapist gives her an edge into human behavior, interpersonal dynamics, use of a trauma informed lens, and ability to connect with others and build bridges across differences. She graduated with her masters degree from Columbia University and received further clinical training from NYU and the Ackerman Institute for the Family.
On a personal note, she credits her initial passion and commitment to anti-racism/social justice/DEI/liberation work to being raised in a multiracial family and her experiences navigating her identity around whiteness and being Jewish in the U.S. She also recognizes the way her identity and experiences of being married to a Muslim man of color and a being a mom of 2 children that are multiracial, multifaith, and multicultural have impacted the way she shows up in this work.
