Harmony: Relationship academy and community for multicultural and interfaith couples
Do you get frustrated with your partner avoiding or not prioritizing issues that are important to you?
Do you and your partner get stuck on how to deal with challenges related to parents, family, or raising children?
Do you feel emotionally drained from having to work so hard on relationship issues?
Do you have misunderstandings that you wish you could have avoided?
Are differences in culture, faith/spirituality, and background getting you stuck and preventing you from moving forward?
Do some issues just seem so complicated you can’t find a compromise or solution?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you are in the right place to get the solutions you need to make changes in your relationship.
I’ve been there and I know how hard, frustrating, upsetting, and stressful it can be. That’s why I created Harmony.
-You didn’t have to spend so much emotional energy on trying to work things out that you had more energy to enjoy spending time with your partner and doing things that you love together.
– You grow closer, create a stronger bond, and work better together to deal with parents, family, and raising children.
– You can just enjoy being together because you have less pressure, stress, and frustration.
-Your partner better understands you, how you feel, and what you say and do
– You can easily make decisions and find solutions together
– You love your partner more than you ever thought you could.
Make this a reality with Harmony!
Can I participate without my partner?
I also know how hard it is to get both of you to participate which is why this program works great even if only 1 partner participates. Each week a homework activity is assigned that you can do with your partner even if they do not participate in the class. This will keep your relationship moving forward. So if you are ready to have less stress, tension, and conflicts this is for you.
What is Harmony:
Harmony is a relationship academy for individuals who are ready to solve challenges, make changes, and improve their multicultural or interfaith relationship. In Harmony, you will have a supportive community of people in interfaith and multicultural relationships focused on finding solutions, improving communication, and making their relationship work better. You will also have an instructor to guide you through a step by step process to dig deeper, gain new perspectives, and uncover solutions you didn’t realize were there. It’s time to re-connect in your relationship so you can grow closer, enjoy more time together, and deepen your love.
How it works:
-We will meet once a week in an online classroom for 6 weeks. All sessions will be recorded
-During these 6 weeks, you will learn strategies, techniques, and tools that will improve your relationship. You will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges that you experience, learn new ways to solve challenges, and uncover better ways to relate to each other. Addressing conflict, improving communication, using family dynamics, the role of background and personal history, and building support will be focused on throughout the classes.
-Each week you will be assigned an insight homework activity. This activity is most productive if you can do it with your partner (even if your partner is not participating classes). Each activity will get you closer to your goal of making your relationship better and growing closer to your partner.
-You will have a supportive online community of individuals in interfaith and multicultural relationships to share experiences, resources, and ideas.
What it is included in Harmony:
Weekly online classes will provide you with new ways of viewing and solving the challenges that you face. We will identify the root of issues, explore new ways to deal with parents and family, resolve conflicts that continue to come up, deepen understanding of the impact of childhood, expectations, and family dynamics on relationship decisions, learn new communication styles, and reduce stress, tension, and anxiety in the relationship. Classes will help you feel a renewed hope, new ways to approach situations, and closer to your partner.
Insight homework activities will give you and your partner the opportunity to use the strategies and tools you learn in class and apply it to your specific situations and unique relationship challenges. You will be able to learn together and grow closer through this process.
You will be part of a supportive online community forum where you can connect with other people in interfaith and multicultural relationships. You can chat and comment with others as you learn how other people deal with specific situations. You can receive support for challenges, learn about new resources, and connect with other people having similar experiences.
Ready to join Harmony:
Harmony includes a 6 week relationship academy with classes taught by Rorri Geller-Mohamed, in depth knowledge, tools, and strategies to uncover solutions, strengthen your relationship, and resolve conflicts, insight homework activities for you to do with your partner, and a community of people in interfaith and multicultural relationships dedicated to making changes.
Here’s what people are saying:
Rorri has been instrumental in strengthening my interfaith relationship. She made herself available at times that worked for my busy schedule. Our conversations lead me to be able to identify the aspects of my family and faith that are important to me and why. It was with that new understanding of self, that Rorri guided me to be able to have conversations with my partner so that we were able to honor both of our treasured aspects of our individual selves. My partner and I would not have been able to get to the place we are now without the assistance of Rorri. Her ability to guide you through self-discovery and lead you to creative solutions are unparalleled.”
